📦 Shipping Policy Processing Times​
We offer a variety of products and services, and processing times may vary depending on the nature of your order:
Product/Service Processing Time
Ready-to-ship painted/printed items 2–5 business days
3D Printing (custom orders) 5–10 business days, can take longer if the print is big
Commission Painted Items 2–4 weeks (depending on scope)
Note: We’ll always aim to keep you updated on the progress of custom and commission orders via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery​
We currently ship within the United Kingdom, United States, and select international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Delivery times vary by region

Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery, typically within 1–3 business days after dispatch (UK only, does not include processing time)
Overnight delivery is not currently available.

Tracking​
All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages​
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier and do our best to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
We stand by our products and want you to receive them in perfect condition.

Returns & Exchanges​
We do not accept returns on custom 3D prints or commission-painted items. However, if you purchase a ready-to-ship item and are unsatisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss a possible return or exchange.

Late Payment Fees
​

If you place a custom order, we will send an invoice with a date that it needs to be paid. If item is not paid when the invoice is due, we will be adding a fee of 5 pounds per week. If there is any reason you cannot pay, please contact us and we will try work with you.
